Dr. Eric Flesher

Dr. Flesher was raised in Lake Zurich, Illinois, a Northwest suburb of Chicago. After high school, he attended Illinois State University, where he graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. Following his undergraduate studies, Dr. Flesher attended dental school at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, where he received awards for excellence in prosthodontics as well as outstanding achievement in operative dentistry and successfully completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.

Upon completion of dental school, Dr. Flesher worked for a year in St. Louis before making the move to Houston with his wife, Dr. Tanya Rachan, and joining the Element Dental family.

Dr. Flesher’s ultimate goal as a dentist is to help patients in need, whether it be alleviating pain, preventing future problems, or improving a smile. He strives to provide quality dentistry for patients of all ages and offers a wide range of dental services, including preventative, cosmetic, restorative, and surgical procedures. When he isn’t practicing dentistry, Dr. Flesher spends his time with his family, enjoying local restaurants, exercising, and being outdoors.

Dr. Tanya Rachan

Dr. Rachan obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University where she also competed in Division I gymnastics all four years of her undergraduate career.

She then completed four years of postgraduate school at Southern Illinois University’s School of Dental Medicine where she obtained her Doctorate degree.

Dr. Eric Flesher

After working in St. Louis, he moved to Houston to join Element Dental. He provides comprehensive care and enjoys family time, fitness, and outdoor activities.

Our Team of Professionals

Vibe Dentistry is proud to have a highly skilled and experienced professional team led by Dr. Tanya Rachan. Our dental team includes dental assistants, hygienists, and office staff, dedicated to providing our patients with the best possible care. Dental assistants ensure our patients are comfortable and that their procedures go smoothly.

Hygienists are responsible for cleaning our patients' teeth and instructing them on oral hygiene. In addition, they work closely with Dr. Rachan to ensure that our patients' teeth are healthy and free of plaque and tartar buildup. Our dental office staff is always available to answer our patients' dental care questions.
